Our Associate Photographer Program
This associate program was born from a simple intention: to create meaningful connections between couples and photographers we deeply trust, when we are unavailable or outside a couple’s budget, while offering real, sustainable opportunities to talented photographers who are still growing their visibility.
Over the years, we’ve received an overwhelming number of applications from photographers across Europe. While this means a lot to us, it also made one thing very clear: rather than building a large associate pool, we wanted to create a small, intentional, and carefully curated collective. A group of artists whose work, values, and storytelling approach align with ours—not only visually, but humanly.
What We Look For
We are seeking 5–6 European-based photographers with a strong visual identity and a clear artistic voice. We are drawn to photographers whose work feels intentional and personal—where light, composition, emotion, and timing come together naturally. More than following trends, your images should reflect a consistent point of view and a deep sensitivity to storytelling.
Storytelling is at the core of everything we do. We value photographers who can create cohesive narratives, not just beautiful individual frames. Galleries that feel immersive, honest, and emotionally grounded matter more to us than perfection. Whether documenting a large celebration or an intimate elopement, we believe the strongest work comes from awareness, empathy, and presence.
Beyond visuals, we place enormous importance on the experience you create for couples. We are looking for photographers who communicate clearly and warmly, who speak fluent English, and who know how to guide couples with confidence and care. From the very first message to the final delivery, professionalism, kindness, and emotional intelligence are essential.
Our associates should be motivated and available, actively looking to fill their season, and genuinely excited about traveling across Europe for weddings and elopements. Openness to learning is key. While we do not expect anyone to copy our style, we do expect associates to align with our client journey, workflow, and standards, so couples experience the same level of care and clarity we are known for.
Pricing Alignment & Transparency
To keep recommendations clear and fair for couples, all associate photographers must offer full-day wedding coverage at a maximum of €2000 (excluding travel and expenses).
It is very important for us to state this clearly: this pricing is not a reflection of the value of your work. We have deep respect for photographers at every stage of their career, including those charging significantly more. This program is designed specifically for photographers who may be less known, still building consistency in their bookings, or struggling to fill a full season, and who would benefit from visibility, aligned inquiries, and destination opportunities.
How the Program Works
Selected associates will be featured on a dedicated page of our website, presented as a curated portfolio of trusted photographers we confidently recommend. When we are unavailable or outside a couple’s budget, we guide them toward this carefully selected group of artists.
All contracts and payments are signed directly between the couple and the photographer, ensuring full creative independence and ownership of the work. In return for bringing aligned and qualified inquiries, we receive a referral commission—allowing associates to focus on photography rather than SEO, marketing, or lead generation.
This program also offers the opportunity to expand your portfolio into destination weddings and elopements, work with international couples, and grow through real experiences rather than algorithms.
The Soul · Mind · Heart Program
Being part of our associate collective goes beyond being listed on our website. All selected photographers are invited to join our Soul · Mind · Heart program—a shared framework that reflects how we approach photography, communication, and human connection.
Through this program, we share our way of communicating with couples, guiding them emotionally as well as practically. You’ll learn how we build trust, create clarity, manage expectations, and hold space for couples during such an important moment of their lives. This is not about scripts or templates—it’s about intention, presence, and emotional intelligence.
Because responsiveness is a crucial part of the client experience, we require associates to be highly communicative and reactive. All associates must be active in a private WhatsApp group, where availability and non-availability are shared in real time. When inquiries come in, we need to know—quickly and clearly—who is available, so couples can be guided without delay.
This level of responsiveness is essential. It ensures a smooth experience for couples and allows us to confidently recommend you, knowing communication will always be clear, respectful, and timely.
Who This Program Is Not For
To respect everyone’s time and expectations, this program may not be the right fit if:
You are already fully booked far in advance
Your pricing is significantly higher than €2000 for full-day coverage and you are not looking to align for referred inquiries
You are not comfortable being highly responsive via WhatsApp
You are not open to learning or aligning with a shared client process
You are not available to travel or work with international couples
You are looking for a second-shooter or assistant position
